If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for an available slot. For clients who don't show up for their appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge 50% of the total services booked to the card on file. We understand that emergencies can happen, but this policy ensures that our stylists are compensated for their time and that we can continue to provide the exceptional service you expect.

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required upon booking. Please be assured that your card will not be charged until after the completion of your service. We understand the importance of flexibility in payment options, and you have the choice to pay with cash or an alternative card. This credit card requirement is also in adherence to our cancellation policy.
