Each service includes one of our signature blowouts—crafted to enhance the cut, showcase the texture, and last well beyond the salon. Blowouts and personalized blowdry lessons can also be booked on their own. We are a genderless salon: haircuts are booked as short or long, with rates reflecting each stylist’s level of experience.

We strive to provide the best service to our valued clients while respecting our stylists’ time and expertise. That’s why we have a cancellation policy in place.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for an available slot.
For clients who don’t show up for their appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% charge of the total services booked will be applied to the card on file.
For same-day bookings that are canceled or not attended, a 100% charge of the total services booked will be applied to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies can happen, but this policy ensures that our stylists are fairly compensated for their time and that we can continue to provide the exceptional service you expect from us.

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required upon booking. Please be assured that your card will not be charged until after the completion of your service. We understand the importance of flexibility in payment options, and you have the choice to pay with cash or an alternative card. This credit card requirement is also in adherence to our cancellation policy.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with your service, we are more than happy to provide one complimentary correction.
To take advantage of this, kindly notify the salon within 48 hours of your appointment, and schedule your correction within 5 days of the original service date. We value your satisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to make your experience exceptional.
